ADOPTION APPLICATION

**Please have an application already submitted and approved so you don't miss out.** We do have others with approved applications waiting on specific kittens.

All kittens listed as "AVAILABLE" are open for Reservation with Approved Application/Phone Interview ONLY. **PET PRICES START AT $3400 NO "HOLDS" ON KITTENS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. If a deposit is not made, the kitten is available to all other approved applicants. A $200 deposit is required for any retired male or female, $600 is for a kitten only when old enough (after 4-6 weeks old). ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We accept Venmo and Zelle.The balance is due in cash on pick up. Kittens are HCM, PKDEF, SMA, PKD Neg/Neg along with FIV/FELV Neg. Parents have Clear Echocardiograms via Cardiologist. Kittens will be spayed or neutered prior to leaving at 16 weeks. Pick up date must be scheduled within one week of go home date, unless there is a conflict with spay or neuter appointment.** It's very important for each kitten to go home and bond with their new family. We are a "Closed Cattery" meaning, we do NOT provide "Stud Service" and there are NO VISITS prior to pick up as it is UNSAFE for our kittens and expectant queens. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Our VETERINARIAN AGREES. We are happy to Facetime or send videos including your name so you feel comfortable.

Yes, we do have people from all over the United States with our kittens. Delivery is possible.

We have a few options:

The buyer can purchase a flight to our local airport DTW and take a quick flight back. We will meet at the airport baggage claim area, and you will receive your kitten in a carrier with all necessary items, including food and a gift bag from us. **Note this is usually the cheapest option.
If I am available, I can fly personally with your kitten to the local airport and meet you in the baggage claim area. I do only fly non-stop and directly back as I have little ones to tend to. I do price fairly and am most comfortable doing it this way if you are unable to fly to my airport.
Our last option is to find a courier that we trust to handle our kittens, yes, I will not allow just anyone to take our kittens for delivery. This is always the most expensive option.

WE ARE RETIRING/HOMING A FEW FEMALES IN EARLY 2026. OUR "QUEEN" CHAR WILL BE "AVAILABLE". WE HOPE TO HOME CHAR WITH ONE OF HER KITTENS, AND HAVE A FEW FEMALES THAT WILL BENEFIT BEST IN A SINGLE CAT HOME. WE ARE ALSO RETIRING A "KING" DANTE. RESERVES CAN BE MADE PRIOR TO THEIR RETIREMENT TO SECURE THEIR FOREVER HOME. BASE PRICE IS $1000.00 and goes up to $2500.00 THEY WILL BE SPAYED/NEUTERED AND HAVE A DENTAL CLEANING IF NEEDED PRIOR TO THEIR DEPARTURE.
